Anthony leads our National Government practice group and is a member of the firm's national Board. He is also our Canberra office leader and leader of the Government Commercial team in Canberra.
Anthony is recognised as one of Canberra's leading government commercial, contracting, IT and IP lawyers, having spent nearly 20 years advising on some of Australia's largest commercial and government transactions.
Anthony has led tender and contract development and negotiations for a number of multi-billion dollar Australian Government procurements. He is recognised as a highly skilled negotiation strategist and lead negotiator for major projects. He has advised on major contract disputes, prepared numerous template contract documents and advises on intellectual property and information technology matters including major outsourcing projects.
Anthony's clients include the Departments of Defence, Health & Ageing, Finance, Treasury, DIST, DEWR, DIAC and a number of smaller Australian Government agencies.
Anthony has authored and delivered over 150 seminar papers and articles on contracting, negotiations, IP, trade practices and related topics. He regularly runs seminars for clients on contracting and procurement topics including contract drafting, negotiations, contract management and intellectual property.
