Bill has extensive experience in a range of industries and technical areas.
Specifically Bill has expertise in many major financing transactions including:
- Rail infrastructure projects.
- A number of financings of major hotel developments.
- Acquisition and funding of aged care facilities in Australia and New Zealand for both lenders and acquirers.
- Acquisition financing for lenders to offerors in engineering, financial services and construction industries including compliance with relevant Takeovers Panel requirements.
- Automotive financing for one of the largest auto financiers in the world.
- Preparation of standard documentation for a range of financial institutions to cover corporate and commercial financing.
Bill also has excellent project management skills gained from handling many large and complex transactions. He has significant experience managing large teams and major projects.
