Joe is our Adelaide office leader. He also leads our insurance and commercial litigation groups in Adelaide.
Joe practises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His expertise covers trade practices and competition, contractual disputes, Government litigation and advisory work, insolvency and reconstruction, corporate matters, banking and finance, trust disputes, professional indemnity work and property disputes.
Over the past 10 years Joe has built a reputation for managing large and complex matters, many of which have been resolved through alternative dispute resolution. Joe has been the lead partner in some of the more significant pieces of litigation in Australia and has provided advice to insolvency accountants, financiers and directors on a number of major Australian corporate collapses.
